    Day 1 pp

    11 Weeks pp

    Desperate to get moving again postpartum, I felt like I didn't know where to start. I came across Mei's weekly PP exercise videos and they felt tailored for exactly where I was at. The way Mei speaks through the workouts is so great. She actually understands where I am at and what my body needs… pelvic floor and all. I have been doing them for 11 weeks now and honestly can't wait each day to get a session done.

    2 days postpartum

    This program has honestly been the nicest way to rebuild my strength after birth! Gentle, structured, and actually enjoyable (which I didn’t expect).

    Knowing Mei's background as a physiotherapist gave me so much trust because every movement feels intentional and designed in the right way for postpartum recovery.

    And she’s such a fun vibe too… it never feels clinical or boring, just really supportive, uplifting, and easy to stick with!

    13 weeks postpartum

  • 18 months pp

    I've been loving Mei's program. I'm 18 months postpartum with a healing prolapse since 3 weeks pp. Doing this program has helped me build strength and feel great. I feel much stronger in my pelvic floor and core. I love that the workouts always challenge me. Even 15 minutes is achievable within these busy days. I'll definitely do this again for my next pregnancy and postpartum.

    29 weeks pregnant

    Mei's program has saved me this pregnancy. With 1.5-year-old twins at home, this pregnancy looks very different from my first. No time for pilates classes every day. Super hard in all the right ways, and I found myself so impressed by the strength she drew out of me. She's real, badass, and way more a friend than a teacher. When I went to a pelvic floor specialist to ask about pelvic pain, they found out I was training with Mei and said "oh girl you are well covered." Expert opinion says YES. Mine says HELL YES MEI.

    Just did your week 5 post partum videos, seriously so good! I've been struggling with feeling good and wanting to get back to normal exercise but I really liked what you said in the video "the old you would of been like this is too easy, but now it's about building back up from the basics to get back stronger than before". It very much resonated with me. So grateful to have these videos to follow along with!

    I was lucky enough to know Mei from her Pilates classes at our local gym. She was easily the best teacher, and always in high demand with packed out classes!
